I have great experience renting to National and Alamo car rental in Dubai “Lorenzo Vincent” who helped me with car return for Alamo was an excellent was easy return and no hassle. He quickly check the car inside and out for me and get me going to catch my flight…
The National staff who help to pick my car I didn’t get the name was very helpful as well.. definitely recommend this car rental to family and friends .

First I’m a positive reviewer, this is the first time I put 1 star for something in uae.
Im a frequent traveler and always chose enterprise since years.
Last 45 days noticed delay in pickup and delivery (4 times in 45 days). That delay exceeded 1 hour just waiting to pick up or deliver the vehicle, Which makes the driver at a very tense situation affecting his all satisfaction about the company.
Worth to mention that the vehicles are great, the staff at reservation are also great. It’s only the pickup / delivery availability of staff!

I had the worst services ever from this place. I made my reservation 4 days + ago with selecting a car with infant seat for baby , and the amount was calculated based on that. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the operator told me that there is no available baby seat !! And asking me to check what to do ?!? I asked him to secure one as long as i made my reservation based on the seat availability and this demand was well known and must be secured !no help from operator nor his supervisor, they were strongly debating rather than admitting the mistake the company made , i ended up with cancelling my reservation that i made 4 days ago and suffering to search for new reservation. Very unwanted experience .

It's a joint office for National and Alamo rental car.
A couple of reasons for my rating.

Car: I booked Ford fusion but I was given Ford escape without any backup camera. I was told to pay up if I don't accept Ford escape (for upgrade).

Customer service: They have two offices one in car park and another in front of T1 terminal. Car pickup folks were nice and chatty. On car drop off, people working across T1 weren't helpful and provided ZERO customer service in True sense.

Spouse addition: Alamo has a policy that spouse is by default added but I was forced to pay for adding my spouse on car rental agreement.

In short, Stay away from them in Dubai.

Terrible customer service. They bad mouth you with their colleagues in front of you. Please stay away from them. ESP if you’re coming from the US and used to the customer service there. They might be an international chain but zero customer service

I have been a customer of National and in particular the Terminal 1 Branch since 2009. That's about 11 years. They have been meeting and exceeding my requirements all these years. The best cars, friendly, efficient and acomodative. In particular Mr. Wahab who will do his best to meet your needs. I never go anywhere else. Why would I?

slow picking up the car at the car park. also paided for small suv given a small ford focus, which i must accept. the car cannot fit my luggage and have to put on the back seat, however the car is new.
