Customers not important
Salesman doesn't do any effort
After spending 9650 aed you would think that you deserve better treatment
Had to go to another shop to fix a 10 aed problem

Based on my observation, the top brands they sell here are Seiko, Grand Seiko and Raymond Weil.

My wife bought me bought me a watch here for Christmas, explaining to the sales man she is worried it might not fit my wrist, he informed it can be exchanged if this is the case.
Now Christmas day the watch don't fit, we wend there later the day to exchange this for something bigger. unfortunately There was none in the price range that fit my wrist, even after the sales man forced the watch on my wrist.
I asked the salesman since there is no watch that fits me could we please have a refund, he said this was not their policy i have to take something else, I tried to reason wit the sales man that I understand the policy but you don't have a product that fits me.
he kept repeating himself and rolling his eyes. at this point I raised my voice and said i understand what you are saying but the policy doesn't make sense in this circumstance.
At this point I mentioned I'm left with no option but to complain about this, to which 2 of the sales men gladly offered this, by saying "SURE"
The 1st Sales man called the show room manager who refused to do something about this, at which point the 2nd Sales man just said "ok Khalas" and nothing further was done.
How can one now buy a gift there, if like in this case sales man knows this is the biggest size, and don't inform the client about the refund policy, before the purchase is complete.
I will keep the watch as it still remains a gift from my wife, but thank you Watch House for terrible display service and for me not being able to enjoy my wife's gift.
Please don't relay on me returning for any reason what so ever.
