This centre has an amazing collection of UAE books and documents. This is a great place to conduct your research for historic projects. The staff are very helpful and can guide you through the process. Make sure you specify you are visiting the centre on the second floor when checking in with security.

The owner has enough funds to renovate this place or build a proper center (Architectural gem) that would match the center's reputation and it's quality of work.

When I moved up here and registered with the practice I was concerned given the reviews, my previous GP knew me very well and the receptionist ere fantastic.
I have to say I haven’t seen a GP yet, I have seen nurse specialists etc but the receptionists and staff are great.
Needing regular contact with my GP for multiple reasons the eConsult service is fast and efficient.
The pressure on these services is immense and I can say I have nothing but respect for this practice and staff who have helped me immensely.

Poor care, all mainly by e consult. Rashes should be visually seen by a face to face appointment if no improvement with treatment consideration should be given to a dermatologist opinion. Open sores on my adult daughter for months on end! Leaves her open to sepsis, doesn't do her mental health any good either! Try phoning and automatically cut off. Get the doors open and have more face to face consults. I am a nurse and she needs a dermatologist referral!!!!! Give me some credit for 43 years in the NHS and looking holistically at a person which this practice is failing to do.

Horrible surgery. Staff are not helpful at all. The doors are still closed due to covid. Why? No other GP practices are like this and the public should be able to access this service instead of waiting in A&E and causing back log there. They should be ashamed

Absolutely awful surgery I was going to sign on but apparently they don't cover Rhyl which is only the other side of the bridge the person at the reception then decided to tell me something I already know don't recommend this surgery at all

If I could give this Medical Centre no stars and still leave a review I would. Despite the fact you can NEVER obtain an appointment, the service is shocking and the receptionist pretence of medical knowledge a joke! I have sciatica for which I am prescribed medication that states DO NOT JUST STOP TAKING. However the amount of problems I have had just receiving my correct prescription is pathetic. The issues mainly consist of the prescription not being signed, medication missing or it is dated completely wrong. This then results in a conversation/argument with a rude, miss informed, ill educated receptionist that clearly has NO idea what they are talking about! This then leaving me with no medication for as long as they decide to take to rectify the situation. Therefore, leaving me in pain with a business to run, three children to look after and a home to run also! Thank god they have at least one receptionist who listens and behaves in a professional manner. As she is in fact the only reason I will be receiving my correct medication on the correct date even today! Although this will now not be until the end of today again leaving me all day with no medication. The miss information I have been given and unprofessional treatment I have received from some of the receptionists and even the doctors (on the handful of occasion in over 6 years I have obtained an appointment) is unbelievable. I will again be putting this in writing to the manager only I’m sure to again be ignored, so will also be reporting them to the appropriate authorities. When reading the reviews on here they are all negative and all are stating similar issues. Therefore, these issues clearly do exist and are happening to a large number of patients on a regular basis. These issues then surely need formally reporting by everyone. Then if this matter remains completely ignored further action taken. Maybe in the form of a partition made to get everyone the medical attention and service deserved.

My dad as been waiting 5 days for a prescription that he should have had on the day that the doctors received the discharge summary. Also the routine of having to wait outside before 8am in the hope of an appointment is atrocious. Doctors are good but the practice appears run for the convenience of the administration.

Hubby and I were really disappointed with this surgery. They do not seem to care about the patients at all, there is no bending with them. When people are ill they want a friendly ear to listen, sometimes you do not need to see a doctor but, here you cannot even talk to a nurse on the phone to put you mind at ease, the doctors will not call you back. You feel very alone when at your most vulnerable with this surgery.

We were with the practice a year but, an audience with the queen would be easier than getting an appointment here. Hubby had had enough so we have left this practice and moved to another medical centre.

Our first visit to the new practice this week was a pleasurable experience, and we saw the doctor the same morning. At kinmel bay you feel a rage building inside of you because no one will listen, appointments are always a week away. The annoying thing is, there are never many people waiting to see the doctor when you do manage to get an appointment. It makes you wonder how many patients are seen per doctor per day, they do not seem overworked.

Considering hospitals are incredibily busy and a medical centre should know this, after all everyone else does when you ring kinmel bay medical centre the advice is go to A & E or ring for an ambulance.

People want to be listened to especially if they have had a life changing illness and just talking to a nurse can make a big difference to patient care.
