I’ve booked a Hyundai car since august and didn’t receive yet However, one of my friends booked the same car after me and received two months back!! I regularly visit the showroom and check the car availability but no updates yet. Seems the sales teem just sell the car for the people whom they know only or through recommendations which is not acceptable and have a negative impact on the company ethics.

Very bad technical support and customer service. Their customer service manager is hiding and refuse to talk to customers. I bought glem gas cooker and it has issues since i bought. They just want to charge me for repairs every time.

For one of the largest holding groups, richest citizens and one of the most famous Arab businessmen, such Hq. Is not at all suitable nor it reflects the company's achievements and public image. JAM2 management should consider relocating, redesigning their Hq in the utmost modern and technological manner.
