JVC Community Park also known as Rayhan Park is a great place to visit if you are feeling bored and you want to go outside and breathe the fresh air. It has three small grass fields where you can play soccer, football, frisby, et cetera. Comparing it to other parks in the neighborhood it is indeed small but overall a very good. The only problem is that there is dog poop on one of the grass fields, which is not necessarily the park's fault but the owner of the dog's fault, although it would be great if the park would fix it. Lastly, it was great to see the new renovations in which they added benches and garbage cans which were very much needed. Overall, a good park.

It’s a good, clean and organised community, also comparatively new building community in Dubai, which is still under development since ages. Many projects are under construction
