As i believe & know this department is to assist and help people not to make their life more miserable, if they couldn’t resolve their issue or help they should have same empathy.
There were not listening and just wanted to blame us and prove us wrong ,
though we but our documents to close our matter.
It such situations the manager should be more professional.
Such place they need people with a smile , big heart , patience , understanding & who wells to listen also if they know as fact that they can’t help them . (The manager and her team need to observe their anger and respect the person who’s in front of them )
