We visited this GDRFA branch to resolve some issue in visa renewal. The reachability and accessibility is good. We can use the North parking free parking. The officers are really polite and they do intend to help. The receptionist was pro-active and tried his best to help. However, few cons that did cause inconvenience are:
1. If you are in need of any print outs, you won't get here. You need to visit continental hotel business center, which is not always open. So yeah worst case scenario you'll have to get documents from somewhere far.
2. The average waiting time is like 10 minutes which is fair, but eventually when the office is empty it's the same (which somehow did not add up).
3. Whatever hard copy documents you carry, they'll scan it and turn it

This place is just beside DFC. Nearest parking is North Parking of the mall. This branch is a go to when you have issues/delays regarding residence visa applications. They will solve it on the spot. Special thanks to Captain Sharifa. More powers to you and your team.

Great customer experience. Staff's were polite and respectful. I had arrived early. Mr. Ali greeted me and made me comfortable. He listened to my request and issues. He completed my Family/Parent visa application which was earlier rejected. I received approval via SMS in few days.

I rarely give 5 stars and this is one place that deserves even beyond. Keeping all the negative reviews about this place aside, I had a surprisingly pleasant experience.

My visa request to sponsor my son was rejected twice and someone advised me to approach this place. I was guided to a local officer who greeted me saying "Hello brother" which made me all the more comfortable. He listened to my grievance politely and patiently and asked for some additional documents which I could produce immediately. He indicated that the application will be reviewed by a committee and responded within 2-5 days. However, to my great surprise, I got the visa in my mail within an hour.

It indeed was a great experience. Thank you.

I just visit the office regarding my parents visa , but staff is helpless, it feels they don't want to listen.

Please teach you staff at immigration office festival city to serve customers. They are rude and asking customers to go out. Some one called Abdalla is very impolite. At the end they laugh at customers. They are very very impolite. Never get this low level customer service in a any government office.

Just want to express my immense gratitude and appreciation to the visa officer named Mohammed Al Suwaidi at the immigration office in festival city. My salary was a concern to sponsor my mother on a residence visa as I was turned down thrice. However upon visiting GDRFA office in festival city this particular officer helped and guided me through every step of thd process . Eventually my mum’s resident visa was obtained which had been a long time dream of mine. All staff at this office are very courteous and polite and extremely helpful . From the time you enter the office you feel very welcomed. May god bless all the officers at this office. So blessed to r living in such a wonderful city . .

This is the best GDRFA office I have ever visited in Dubai! The officers there are really very helpful.Very proffessional and polite.
