Bought a bed from here the other day and was greeted by friendly staff that were happy to help me find the perfect bed for me. I was helped by Hadiqa who walked me though all my options and took my budget into account while helping me look for a new mattress, she was happy to answer any and all questions I had and it didn't take long to find the right mattress I was fully satisfied with. Great place to buy a bed/mattress :)

We have just bought a Staples divan ottoman bed and headboard from the Keighley store and been served by Ibrahim - who was an absolute delight. So helpful with his advice and knowledge of the products and we felt genuinely interested in us and our requirements. We may have been buying a bed but it was a genuinely very pleasant experience! We have always had superb service at the Keighley store and would always buy there for that reason. Very excited for our new bed to be delivered now and have no doubt it will be just perfect! I went to the keighley store, sales manager Ibrahim was very friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this store and especially Ibrahim to anyone looking for a new bed or pillows...who knew there was so much science behind sleep!!

I cannot praise the staff at Bensons keighley store enough ,really helpfull ,knew there jobs to the letter ,and so friendly ,also have a great range of beds ,mattresses ,and furniture ,i highly recommend BENSONS FOR BED

Friendly welcome from Ruby really helpful although we more or less knee what we wanted we were shown some good choices and went with the mattress that was higher quality but for only a little extra.
Abraham was also really helpful with a query I had and was happy to help ringing me back with the answer...Great team

phoned today to ask if they had any king size pocket sprung mattresses I could pay for and collect today, spoke to Sukhvinder who was very helpful, I got to the store and he was really helpful again showing us what he had to takeaway today, him and the young man working there were both very friendly and helpful. we chose the mattress we wanted, paid and took it away. brilliant service, not at all pushy. if we ever need another mattress or bed we will definitely be back. thank you

My friends have bought their beds from here and they definitely delivered them aswell. Very good Customer Service for shoppers that shop at the store or come in to have a look.

My experience of Bensons for Beds has been a very, very good one from entering the store to enquire about a Tempur mattress, to having staff help me choose the right one for me, through purchasing a mattress and the delivery. All good. I don’t hesitate to recommend them.
