Not the best KFC location, the food was ok probably worse than the average KFC place outside the mall. But, the service was really bad we were ignored for a long time the order was wrong and they took a very long time to replace it
I wouldn’t recommend this location if u want KFC it’s definitely worth driving a few min to get to another location

As I am a regular customer for Kfc’s and it’s not my first time but the experience in Dubai mall is different, same prices for the meals like other KFCS in UAE but for me the service is different and the view ... wow ???? the fountain and Burj Khalifa , imagine the view while you eating it’s really wonderful.

They are awesome! So helpful and could not have been keener to please...from reception staff, to David, to those who also worked on my lorry. Would not hesitate to recommend. I won't be going anywhere else now I have found these guys! Superb!!
