This store has an excellent range of luggage, and a great helpful team! We went to have a look at different types of luggage in this store and elsewhere in this mall and other ones. But eventually came back here to buy, as the range was better than elsewhere. An excellent experience, recommended!

Mr. Jerico is one of the best sales man we ever met in UAE, he entertained shoppers very well and don’t get disappointed even if the bag selection takes a lot of his time and effort and even if he is not sure if the customer will buy the product. We really appreciate this type of attitude... We hope that his career will improve and grow more in the future????u200d♂️????????u200d♂️????????

I visited the Duabi Mall branch today and was amazed with wide selection of bags with good quality and price. I walked in carrying 6 heavy bags a result of a long shopping day looking for one big size bag that can fit all. I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Jerico who kindly helped me in choosing the best option and happily filled the bag with all my stuff. He’s shown a great example of customer service which made me decide to come here and write this message.Thank you Jerico for making my journey easy.

This an overdue feedback! But would like to commend Mr. jericho for being patient and helpful. I was not even gonna buy one but he talked me into it haha imagine that. Customer service indeed. Highly recommended I got a good brand.

Best shop ever with amazing bag selections and employee Jericho was very helpful and friendly, he helped me choosing my bag when I was in complete doubt!!!!! Big thanks to him he’s such a sweetheart!!
