Ordered fried chicken for the take way and paid , There was a long queue on that time I went Centrepoint came back after 30 minutes chicken given for some one else ????

I have taken tried kfc from different branches. But here i feel high volume of salt. Chicken is not feel fresh. I never feel this quality from any other kind of branch. When i inform staff. They told they will . I don’t know. I just tell what i feel

While the customer service by the Egyptian server was phenomenal, the chicken strips inside the twister sandwich felt too dry for my taste. I suggest you try something else rather than their twister for a better food taste experience.

I recently visited this KFC outlet, hoping for a delightful dining experience, but unfortunately, my encounter left me utterly dissatisfied. From the rude behavior of the staff to the overall poor customer service, it was an encounter I would rather forget. I would like to express my disappointment and urge the management to take immediate action or consider closing down the outlet.

This KFC is as it should be but the other one at the entrance of the mall coming from metro is the worst one, I had the worst experience, it was like I'm eating a street food not a KFC brand, spicy food even look un hygienic
