Purchased the goods in outlet village
Dubai.. Thought it was real, but it is
fake...the logo is missing and only small inside title attached eith brand name. So sad I was not aware I purchasing fake goods in advance. The price was very low and I was under stong belief that in Dubai it is not allowed to sale fake brands. Apperantly it is probably some local or made in China goods.

I have very bad experience with the staff here.
I purchased formal pants for my husband and got it altered.
After 2days I came back because 1 leg was tighter than the other.

The staff was very rude and did not provide any help.

Apparently it was manufacturing defect.
I am sure such a big brand can give us replacement but instead they chose to put their hands up and not help at all
Spoke to the manage Yasser Ali. He was so rude to us on call. (Hopefully the call was recorded so the brand can see what exactly I am talking about)

Really shocked to see such big brand act so cheap.

I had a really bad experience with them the quality of the bag I bought is really bad and I asked them to exchange it and no one helped me specially the manager there is not helpful at all I will make sure that not of my followers is buying for any branch of Pierre Cardin and I will come to do the shop and tell everyone about my experience Bad service and bad quality what a super bad brand

Came in the store with my wife and son looking for a suit.
Was greeted by two female staff who was super nice and friendly.

Ameni (hope I've spelled it right, if not please forgive us). She gave some recommendations which is perfect to the occasion my family is attending.
She's super helpful, very professional and snappy!

In the twinkling of an eye, she has done a magnificent job.
"I need a suit and pants black." Bam! its right here.
"I need a shirt, 1 black and 1 white." Zoom! here try these.
"I need a black tie." Boom! please try this.
"I need a belt." Pow! here you go.
Was done shopping in a few minutes which includes selecting the style, colors and fitting.
Awesome gal! Give her a raise!

She also recommends to do a little alteration on the suit that I've chosen which the shop also offers. Love it!

My husband recently needed some new shirts and trousers for work and we had the most amazing service from Karam Jellicoe, he was patient, courteous and took immaculate measurements with a great attitude. The quality was as usual perfect, but service counts for everything. Thank you Karam, five stars

Still my favorite brand for costumes! Unfortunately, quality going down! I can tell this for sure, based on my personal experience, 3.5 years, 8 suits and … quality newer lower! Last suit what I buy, after one week is … like that (those white dots come out from blue color costume)!

I buy another one in Dubai Marina Mall, probably last Pierre Cardin! I show to them problem with present costume! (Secretly smiling) ????

Just an advice to the people working in IBN battuta, guys If you aren't happy then it's time to leave. Ignoring customers not listening to them will only increase dissatisfied customers and loose brand loyalty.

To whom it may concern

I would like to report a complain about the customer service experienced today in your branch at IBN Battuta Mall Dubai.
I am a regular customer of this branch and i was going to buy this suits today at around 15:15.
I was attended by Yassir, who, in my opinion, didn’t follow the customer service standards offered by this branch. He wasn’t so attentive, disappearing inside the back of the shop several times. Once I chose and tried on me the suit, I told him to take measurements to fix the pants and when asked how long will it take to fix it, I was informed, to my surprise,that it won’t be ready until the next day. I told him that if it couldn’t be done in the same day, like all the previous times I’ve needed it, and I was answered in a rude way that “we never fix clothes in the same day”.
I walked out of the shop and I decided to buy the clothes in another shop at the mall.
I feel disappointed with the treatment recieved and it will take me time to go back to that branch if I ever do.
