At least 3/4 Workers are to keep maintenance, in-tact.For children swings,slides & sand places are well maintained.
Although Dogs litter on pavements but either lifted by Dog keepers or Garden Maintenance system !
The walkers are gentle includingNannies.Joggers or runners are there but without disturbing Walking Persons.Each person appears Happy & courteous in his/her manners-impact of European culture and so are vivacious persons!
Precisely,Hot weather in May to August else morning/evening are pleasant. A series of photos will makeYou feel delighted.
Maintenance system, local administration ofcourse,Culture needs to be appreciated and applauded.

But the play area for kids need more frequent maintenance as there are some broken parts that could harm the little ones.
It's only good if no other options available
