The staff in Dubai Mall was very accommodating, I come back to bought one trouser but unluckily I don’t have my size already. Then one staff Ms Alma have this initiative to have it checked to other branch and found my size in Al Ghurair. She even send it to Dubai Mall for my convenience, and I pick it up today. Salute for Ms Alma and other staff of Koton Dubai Mall, one satisfied and happy customer here! ????????

The staff were really friendly and attentive to details, very helpful with sizes and fittings. There was an ongoing sale so it was abit disorganised otherwise the store has nice quality clothes.
