I originally came here two weeks ago to repair a damaged iPhone screen. I paid around AED 250 for a new screen that they said would work fine. After a week, my iPhone screen started showing black lines and by today, (exactly two weeks since I purchased the new screen,) the screen starting turning white and blue when I was using the phone. I went back to minutes and showed them and they said I need to buy a new screen. Even though I bought the screen from them and paid them AED 250, they refused to change the screen or give me a refund and told me the only solution is to buy a new screen. I’ve never had an iPhone screen become damaged after such a short period of time. I am appalled by the quality of products they sell. I feel I have been ripped off and won’t ever come back here again.

Abdul Fattah was amazing! He helped me out in getting my gift stethoscope for my brother engraved with his name and he also did a wonderful professional job with the gift wrapping. He’s great! Look for him when you come to minutes in Dubai Mall!!
