the customer service and sales guys here should know how to treat and handle customers. Entered the store and not one person attended also after seeing that i was looking around for something and needed help. Love Superdry as a brand and regular customer but didn't like the service at this location.

Some of the only places, which deserve a 5-star rating. Everything about this store is mesmerizing. The staff here are kind and polite to the customers. The clothing material they use here is supposedly of high quality. If you are looking for purchase of garments, then Superdry is a must go place.

Super dry is one of those brands that you’d like to buy because of the quality. Not only that they’re durable but the designs are also great.

This Superdry Store in The Dubai Mall is my fave branch in UAE. I think they have the most variety of stocks and the interior of the store is so great.

I love shopping at Superdry most especially if they are on sale, and in their TDM branch, there is always something you can find to buy. ????

Not even worth the 1 star.. The brand represents how they offer customer service.. It was indeed SUPERDRY customer service.! Especially Ahmed he is racist!!! He talked to other customer with a smile and even say hope to see you back. But when its my turn he didn't even say Hi. worst was he just put my change in the till point without even saying thank you. He even checked my box with offending gesture like i was a theft!!! Extremely bad experience.. We dont recommend this branch at all!!

23rd of Jan 2023 around 9/10 pm I entered in Superdry store in DM. A staff wearing a white hoodie, black cap and a glasses having a facial hair approached to us very quickly and without any greeting or wishes says “Eating is not allowed in the store.” sounded absolutely rude. Me & my wife were having a cup of ice cream, Now we visited to Jac wolfskin, Columbia & Northface before entering Superdry this brands are highly priced and have quality product than Superdry and yet we weren’t stopped by any staff from enjoying our treat. It was very awkward and a shameful situation created by Superdry staff. All though I did ask him what if I just hold the cup in my hand, he said finish it outside and come. With such bad experience I would never enter to Superdry ever again.

PS: I can’t review without rating, there is no option for 0 star, So had to give them 1 star.

My experience at Super dry was very satisfying with the amazing and patient knowledgeable staff at Dubai mall ????????????????????????
Price value of the items is amazing including very nice and clean environment that gives additional excitement to buy for more.

I bought an pullover as I heard from the staff the price was 219, it turned out to be 419; when I decided to return the same guy told me they do not provide refund and showed me paper with the same. I was not notified of this rule in the moment of buying. It’s very frustrating and disappointing. You lost our family as regular customers. Will choose other retailers who provides normal flexible refund policy
