Asian lady she’s not professional she’s bad and talking to much and noise , my order it’s Americano coffee she told me we don’t have Americano go to another coffee shop !!! This is not your business Philippino cashier she’s didn’t respect the customer . you must be said to me sorry we don’t have Americano you want chose another coffee like Cappuccino or latte or etc…Super rude horrible experience. I go to McDonald's coffee near your place and I enjoy with Americano coffee with delicious donuts.

Best thing you can have before leaving Dubai, just make sure your coffee is hot enough and the donut trays are clean enough as well !!

Jabid at krispy kreme was awesome. Great service, fresh cold coffee and friendly service to a weary coffee starved traveller. He was Plus Ultra!

Had original glazed donuts, always delicious. Ordered a caramel frappe as well, and it was just right. Enjoy your visit if you go.

Guy that works here is completely unprofessional and impolite. Takes customers without any order. Can't say simple things like hello, good morning or whatever.
Hygiene is zero, takes doughnuts with dirty hands, gives me spoon for a coffee with dirty hands as well. Doesn't know what was ordered 2 minutes ago but at the same time takes another customer while he didn't even finish my order. In general, very bad service.
