Bali staff is bad i order a long subway sandwich then I ask if they can put it in both 2 sides because it's easier to eat. Then I have to pay twice. And I was alone. Also told I’m them I’m alone.

It's not about the €5. but about the respect that they know my flight goes 10 min and wanna charge me more. If I wasn’t hurry I wouldn’t pay any €

Told the guy to make the bread crispy. He burnt it instead and refused to replace it. Pathetic service.

I went to grap a meal before travel, food displayed looked cold and not appealing, ordered long BMT as safe choice. It came cold, and to not edible. My mom took her share and ended bloated and nauseous. Not recommended.

What a bad service!!!!!
I wanted to take some items from Subway Airport terminal, and such bad attitude of staff, talking so rude in the morning with customers shows like she is doing a favor for customers or giving items for free, i am loyal to Subway but with this incident I will never come back here, when i ask I want to complain give manager number she denied, and also denied to him her name,

She spoiled my day!!!

Came to the counter and was ignored after I asked to order she said, I am eating and turned away. There was no sign or anything…she was annoyed and not polite.
