The lounge is small & congested , it will be full in peak times
-Separate smoking area is available
-Alcohol is available
-Food is good, many sweets are available
-Less options for the food main course
-Major entertainment screens are not available
-Staff is good & supportive
-No restrictions on the food, you can eat full of your stomach
-Only seating arrangements are available, no sleeping arrangements are available.
-Washroom are congested
-suitable for short (2 hours) duration spending in the lounge.

One of the horrible experiences with this lounge and it’s staffs.
From the beginning , the manager seems to be unprofessional. The serving staffs doesn’t show any respect to the customers too. The whole bar stinks of smoke. Barely ate any food to give review.

For 250 + lounge acesss it's small, it's dirty , the staff is unpolite I rather eat In mcdonalds than here.

Lounge is ok to kill a few time and get a food and/or snack. The nourishment on offer isn't the burner but it's superior than no relax at all. Amid my final remain staff was amazingly inviting.

The lounge is small and have very limited options. One of the biggest things I don't like about this lounge is that the sockets are very limited and that there is a very short stay period of 2 hours. Food also looked dry and has been sitting there for a long time. No shower areas.

Too small in terminal 2, not considering the low fare travel @ par with higher fare travel. Cattle class deserve cattle class treatment. Welcome to Dubai

How do you have people waiting in a line to check in. Your receptions two of them, only one is working and the other one is having a fat chat. When speaking to her she’s clearly not even happy to be working. It’s a lounge that people pay for a service… it’s not for free. Have better service with more welcoming people.
