This JVC AutoPro location is fantastic! As a woman, I always look for places which accommodate me and my lack of knowledge while being honest and straightforward. I have stopped into this location at least five times in the last year and every single visit, I am given really good service. They have changed my oil, ordered and placed new tires, replaced my car battery and A/C filters. Next up is my spark plug installation which I will do soon. I continue to choose this AutoPro over the agency shop as I find the prices much more affordable and the services much faster. Also, the guys are always more than willing to check my tire pressure when I stop in briefly. I tip them and we are both happy!

Slowest Carwash in history of the entire world. Ridiculous. At least change the management. I’m not the only comment about how slow the car wash is. 2hours minimum. Waste of money. Waste of time. People are forced to leave before doing interior cleaning because it’s taking too long.

Only limited services available. During weekends, the waiting time is very long. But the technicians are very good and polite and very helpful.

I have been coming to this garage for the last couple of years, I have had Bobby the last few times and he is amazing. He understands that I'm mainly using my car for daily transport from JVC to Abu Dhabi, so is looking out for items that may need regular changing, and for those that do not.

Bobby explains everything in detail, shows the items that need changing, why they need changing, and even recommends what might needs changing next time. For future oil changes and services, I will make sure to check if Bobby is working before I arrive. Thank you for looking after my 2019 Yaris Sedan, Bobby.

I would like to thank to mr Ruben, who has provided a high level of customer service for me regarding transmission and belts replacements in my Kia. I truly appreciate the job being done on time!! I came for oil change couple of times and the mechanical jobs we also done well! Keep up the good job guys! I recommend this place

Very incapable management that needs several days to provide several days to provide simple quotation for a spare part. Several time I didnt even got a quotation from them at all

We asked for a comprehensive inspection of the car, but they did not do their job
In addition to the bad treatment we received from the receptionist
