She was extremely disrespectful towards my mother and refused to help her process a return/refund. Rashida ignored her in-store for MULTIPLE HOURS & ignored the requests.
It got so bad that the police had to be involved as Rashida refused to process the refund & continued to be rude/unhelpful for the whole night.
There was no sense of customer service here, I would like to issue a formal complaint too as there are many more negative things that happened.

Taking advantage of a girls limited English speaking. Ignoring what she wanted and kept pushing the most expensive items on her and moving her attention away from items within her budget.
