Made an appointment to drop my partners van off. They suggested a time of 7:30am which was ideal as she needed to be back home for 8am to leave for work. All details supplied in the confirmation email. Arrived on time and waited, no evidence that any staff were present and no instructions had been provided on were to leave a vehicle and key. Due to time constraints, only so long we could waited before having to leave after about 20 mi s.
If I could give zero stars I would. If they can't get the simple things right then it does not instill confidence that this company can be trusted to properly inspect and rectify issues with a vehicle.

I bought van there with unbelievable low mileage, after one month nothing happened with van, still drives perfectly. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Sometimes it's worth to pay a bit more to get peace of mind.

If your car has an issue in the first 6 months they will do all they can to avoid accountability for it despite that being their legal responsibility.
Wasted an entire day trying to work things out with them and they even suggested I lie to the RAC in order to get the van to their work store.
Unbelievable, I wish I had gone elsewhere.

Slow to get vehicle worked on VERY busy. Not very good at calling you but.

Went in with a large sum of money in my back pocket to organise a van. Staff could not have been less interested. Very negative, totally 'cannot do' attitude, even the simplest questions were too much to answer. Actually made to feel rather unwanted to be honest - it was if he took one look at me and did not want to know. Poor customer service and more senior member of staff just looking on. II appreciate that I am not the Commercial Director of a fleet of cars but just a minimum of courtesy and interest go a long way. Very disappointed,, won't go to Hendy Ford again.

Fabulous good old fashioned customer service from Bill and the team at Hendy Truck and Van, Chandlers Ford. Highly recommend buying a vehicle from Bill as he’s been selling commercial vehicles for many many years, even when they were towed by a horse ???? First class service, highly recommend!

I wouldn't normally go to a main dealer. ( I can't be I'm saying this but) the staff at the front desk were so helpful. My transit van was in for a full service. Which I didn't have to sell the house for. At this end I came away with full peace of mind. Thay even give you a video of the inspection under the vehicle. Which was interesting to watch although I kept thinking thay would find something really bad.

Not amazing service more greedy for money and I question if they actually change oil in a service as my van blew up in under 50k miles! Like this review if simular experience or suspicious of the Ford in school Lane
