I will tell you a fantastic story. Mary the sale person she is dedicated for the complete satisfaction of the customer. She look after you in all the mall to save your day with the last unfoundable jasmine perfume in the Jo Malone collection.they run out of stock and she did her best to find the perfume. She saved my day and make for sure my wife happy. We couldn’t find the perfume. Thank you Mary.

The worst branch in the world. Careless employees. They don’t care about their job and the sales. I wanted to buy a perfume that they did not have available at their branch. The salesperson(from Philippines) was careless that it did not come to his mind to check it in another branch but I insisted to call to MOE to check if they have availability and they had.
So this “cool” salesperson was convincing me to go there and buy it from them. I told him that you can transfer it and I will wait for it. I live near Dubai Mall and for me it is better to buy from you. He said it takes 2-4 days.
Of course nobody called me back and I called to remind about myself in one week again but with the poor service they kept promising me that they will transfer a perfume and now I bought this perfume at Duty Free after this long time.

Dear management, such careless employees should be fired.

Super experience i had while visiting the store last week along with my wife, cant say much about the great service given by Mohamed and the other mate who was there we ended up buying more than what we had in mind....

I went there to make some gift boxes for my friends (room diffusers and candles).
There were two gentleman helping me, they were super nice and friendly.
I can absolutely recommend the place!

We visited it in late November. We were looking for BlackBerry &Bay cologne. It was out of stock and they didn’t know where it would be available. They even wasn’t able to recommend any close one. Foolish premium image, even when they gonna have it in stock next time. Disillusionment with this brand.

We visited the shop on Sept 2nd and 2 sales person was there . Iniatialybthey are not friendly . We are searching a specific scent wood sage and seasalt in a 100ml and an lotion but unfortunately its out of stock and they promise that they will call us . Until now we didnt hear anything from them and i was trying to call the shop but no one is attending the call. They might be bc yes but iam expecting atleast a call back from them or an update of the order that i made , by the way they told me to purchase online .

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, the seller was not friendly, I did not even leave the stand She already told me to leave. It was my first time smelling their perfume but now I don't want to come back or buy anythibg from the brand.
