Exquisite Asian cuisine with a nice variety of oriental food. Good quality and carefully selected ingredients were evidently tasteful throughout the course.
Great atmosphere inside a luxury beaxh resort hotel with beautiful oriental touches and decorations.
Staff are super friendly and very helpful throughout the culinary experience.
Must visit for those who appreciate beautiful surroundings and tasty Asian food.

I recently had an amazing dining experience at Lao that catered to my whole family. The menu had a delightful selection of dishes from Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and China, allowing us to explore the diverse flavors of these cuisines. The staff at the restaurant were exceptional, particularly Esha, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. He was incredibly friendly and professional, treating our kids with utmost warmth and kindness. He even offered them complimentary ice-cream, which brought smiles to their faces. The food itself was a true delight, with each dish expertly prepared and bursting with authentic flavors. If you're looking for a high-end Asian dining experience with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, this place is definitely worth a visit.

The LAO Restaurant at the Waldorf Astoria is wonderful. Starting with the reception, THANK YOU Claudia for the amazing service and charming personality☺️ THANK YOU Eshan and Jordie for the wonderful service! You always knew exactly what we wanted, outstanding ????
Big thank you to the chef, that prepared our meals fresh every day. Wether Appetizer, main course or dessert, everything was unbelievably tasty and satisfying. My absolute favourite was the PAD THAI and Mango Sticky Rice????
We will miss you very much!

Amazing food and service. We had celebrated our wedding anniversary there last night and the experience was more than our expectations. Special thanks to Jordie, Travis, Ayu and Tinu for making my day memorable. I cant forget Anand, manager F&B, who we came across during our dinner.

Went to Lao twice in our stay it is that good

The first night to an all inclusive food and drinks night (Wok & Roll) which was fantastic value for money. The second time was just off the menu which was equally as good.

Its sometimes easy to think you just go out to eat when you stop at hotel but I would totally recommend to go to Loa if you don't you will miss a fantastic treat.
The staff could not do enough for you they are so friendly and make sure you are well looked after. The food is amazing with a great choice to choose from.
We had cocktails made off a trolley was brought to our table which was a real treat.
Give it a go you won't be disappointed.

Impeccable service from Eshan and his team, amazing food and such a vibrant atmosphere and drinks are always topped up!
We came in knowing what we wanted but the recommended meals from the staff exceeded our expectations!
Highly recommended and we’d definitely be back very soon!

Amazing place and food is amazing. The taste of the food is really close to the authentic asian taste. Eshan from Sri Lanka is very lovely and does things above and beyond. defitinitely made our day !

LAO is just amazing - I was blown away by the quality of their food and the level of service we received. Everyone was So polite, friendly, smiley, with genuine interest. Food was delicious, mesmerizing, we had selection of appetizers which was just sooooo yummy and a seriously fantastic green curry. I would come back anytime, this was the best Thai food I ever had - you will not be disappointed. I would give them 10stars if I could. Thank you for everything.
