Chefs Carmine and Eugenio, and the whole staff, ensured we had an incredible night tasting innovative plates that transport you to traditional Italian flavors with a creative approach.
We are truly looking forward to coming back. Thanks for such a memorable night.

The food was lovely and each dish had very unique flavour combinations that I didn’t even know was possible! Although towards the end of our meal I personally started finding the black truffle taste overwhelming so that’s how I found out I can only have black truffle in small doses. My husband however enjoyed his meal throughly and helped finish my share as well.
The wait staff were very nice and service was good, although we did ask for warm water and it took a while for them to bring it out, they brought out a normal bottle of water instead of a pot of hot water which I think was just a misunderstanding.

From the service to the food ist was a wonderful experience.
The food was as expected a poem, really everything was to the point and there were taste explosion created in the mouth.
The evening was perfect also thanks to our great service which was done by Saga. She was very friendly, could answer all questions and also helped us with the selection to make the evening unforgettable for a long time. Thanks to her!

As a side note.. The olive oil and breads served are outstanding. Regrettably also needed if you're hungry as this is not a hearty portion orientated restaurant.
The ambiance was outstanding too, its a very comfortable and luxurious dining experience and you can even walk into the kitchen and have a tour, something I will definately have to do on a future visit.
The service was exemplary and our waitress was passionate in her run down of the menu options.
All in all, a great restaurant to visit for a treat or to impress.

Beef tartare and buratta starter was good. The tempura was frankly ok even though it was recommended. I have read other reviews confirming that it's not special either.
The starter complimentary bread is great too. I should have asked for oil and balsamic vinegar.
For the mains, tried the Fagotelli and the gnocchi. I preferred the Fagotelli more.

We started off with some molecular olives as pre appetizers with burst in the mouth goodness, along with a selection of savoury macaroons by the chef as appetizers. We loved the cucumber macaroon with yogurt filling and beetroot macaroon with wasabi.
This was followed by delicious home made bread, which was quite addictive, and was served with virgin olive oil with sea and river salt.
There was also an amuse bouche served on a flat stone, made with baby corn.
The main course was basil tortellini with lyo mozarella powder and tomato water - we loved the combination with mozarella poweder and basil, tasted very good, and was surprisingly filling as well.
Sea bass fillet with carrot, zucchini and wildberries - the sea bass was cooked to perfection, and the berry reduction on the plate was a subtle mix of sweet and savory flavors which blended very well with the fish. This dish was light and tasted splendid ! Highly recommended!
After the mains we had a pre dessert / pallete cleanser which turned out to be one of the most creative dishes we have tasted- a strawberry creme brulee with bloody Mary on top along with frozen strawberry chips- hats off to the chef for even thinking this up. The strawberry and chocolate combination was really delicious and had us wanting for more. The presentation was amazing and showed the creative flair the chef is known for.
The next was the star dish - the pineapple creomax with chocolate and coconut - the arrangement and the meringue, was a visual treat and was very well backed up by the taste. If you have to choose one dish, it would be the dessert ! Highly recommended!
We finished off with a selection of the chef's special pastries , which are tiny version of popular cakes and desserts
We would be definitely coming back!
