The hotel was truly awesome. The staff were amazing and made us feel so welcome. I have given 3 stars for location because, if you wish to just stay at the resort and enjoy the facilities, I would gone it 5 stars but for those like me who like to explore, it was a challenge to give off the Palm. I can not thank the staff enough for making me any my family feel so special and looking after us throughout the whole time we were there. Thank you Team Waldorf.

Best spa in Dubai! The staffs are professional and very welcoming. Alyssa and Patricia who booked us is professional and polite. Follow their recommendations you will not regret. And the highlight that i will not forget is the massage given by joy. Shes amazing! Look for her! Must place to visit!

Had a great time staying at the Palm, it was a short stay but we made the most out of it. Mr. Nadeem was so courteous. He went out of his way to help us and always had a smile on his face. Thank you to Mr. Ryan as well for being so attentive. Overall it was a pleasant experience and the people there made it much more pleasant.

Lao at Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah in Dubai left us with an unforgettable dining experience that deserves the highest praise. The wait staff and among them particularly Ayu, went above and beyond to ensure our family dinner was truly remarkable. Their genuine warmth and attention to detail made us feel cherished throughout the evening.

The South East Asian cuisine served at Lao was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was a flavorful masterpiece, showcasing the authenticity and expertise of the culinary team. From the delectable Thai curries to the aromatic Vietnamese pho, every bite transported us on a delightful journey through the rich and diverse flavors of the region. Combined with the inviting ambiance and attentive service from the entire wait staff, Lao is an absolute must-visit for those seeking an enchanting and mouthwatering dining experience. We highly recommend Lao and can't wait to return for another culinary adventure! Five stars all the way

We liked the room, and we also enjoyed the food. The kids club was wonderful! The staff at the kids club were great! Props to Joshua and Shenel!! The kids had the best time ever!! The pool was clean as well. We loved our stay! Thank you very much.

I am very satisfied and impressed with the service of the staff at Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah. They truly make you feel welcomed and always happy to help with whatever you need. We arrived early morning before check-in time but they still happily checked us in without a problem as well as provided us with a room upgrade. How awesome is that?!

I have stayed at Waldorf Astoria in different locations around the world, and I have to say that their service never disappoints. It is just impeccable!!! Thank you for always making our stay absolutely delightful and memorable.

The hotel is very nice and beautiful. The views are amazing. The room is excellent. Indeed there was some unpleasant smell in the room, but I’ve asked to change it and they kindly helped me. A little choice of food in the main restaurant. Sometimes very specific dishes. With kids a little bit difficult in this case. The pool is very nice. The main pool is enough deep. The beach is also nice. The sea is good, clean enough. But the bottom of the see is in some kind of mud. Don’t understand why there are no reviews about this thing.
I had a problem, but kind attention from the management could solve it in some way.

Our first time at the Waldorf Astoria and to Dubai, from the moment we arrived the staff, hotel and food have all been outstanding. Pool service is A⭐️ Rajesh and Irfan were extremely attentive and looked after us with food and drink throughout the day, nothing is too much trouble for them in helping you.
Will definitely be returning to the Waldorf such an amazing experience ????
