I was waiting for my teenager in the changing rooms to help her check the swimsuit, yet the sales lady inside asked me to wait outside they are sanitizing the couch!!! Yet im watching no one sanitizing anything, ladies entering she check their bag on the couch, my daughter called many times i couldnt hear her, this is not a fun shopping experience! I am with my little daughter and she doesnt feel comfortable nor that i accept someone else to help her checking the swim suits!! Really not professional and we did not enjoy our experience!

Few time I came to this shop in Mall of the Emirates and was upset with customer service. Staff not friendly. Asking to help you and trying get rid of you fast. I tried my luck with manager on duty, but same story, can not sort any request.

Victoria's secret MOE is one of the best store that I have ever visited . Greatest customer service Last week I went to buy Vs pajamas and all the associate were very helpful, they made me comfortable at store,It was amazing journey at Victoria's secret MOE,I enjoyed shopping there ????????????

Who doesn’t love Victorias Secret ????

I love it from their undies to perfumes!!

Their Bombshell perfume is a bomb shell!! It’s kinda pricey (for me) BUT I still buy it coz it’s amazing!!

Just today I got their BOGO for their Bombshell gift set which includes perfumes, body wash and lotions!!

Their undies are amazing as well! Not gonna say or explain more about it hehe ????

I have tired of unfit bra in all expensive brand including old versions of Victoria Secret ... But guys today I gave it a shot again because I saw Plus Size bra advertisement.... Unbelievable the new version of VS has changed and it's Chubby and plus size friendly for us .... They even take you to correct size before you buy thanks to Elisa she make sure that it was my very size.... I almost give up with my breast almost deside to do surgery to remove all my fat.... Thank you for make me love myself again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Ofcourse its collection is outstanding but poor rating for staff behaviour ,i was looking for a nude colour bra and the staff ( who was not very keen to help ) mentioned they dont have it , i kept asking her to check with stocks but she said its the last one you take it or leave it !! On reaching the cash counter i checked with sales girl and she got me the colour from the stocks in minutes ...thanks but no thanks , im not gonna visit the moe branch anymore ..cant say if the manager on duty will take this in records as i mentioned this to him as well!!

Disappointed , it ruins your overall shopping experience , better not to have any staff around in that case so that shoppers can pick and choose on their own
