Horrible experience. They messed up my hair horribly and damaged it. My hair was falling out with the immense amounts of bleach. Workers were disrespectful and did not give me what i asked for. Beforehand they said they could achieve exact results but it was only after bleach was applied that the lady said she could not do it. I started crying on the seat it was horrible and even after all this they had the audacity to take the charges ! Save your hair and avoid this place.

Sara is the best hairdresser in Dubai. She treated me so nice and took such a good care of my hair. I did root color and keratin. My hair is smooth, straight and shinning.

Hai, I'm Catherine.
I came to know Lily beauty salon by Instagram ad.
I took hair cut, hair colouring and Botox treatment for just 499 aed. I'm so impressed with the results.
Rudaina was my hairdresser. I really admired the way she handled me. She was so kind and friendly.
She perfectly threaded my eyebrows too. I would definitely visit again. Thank you so much Rudaina and Team❤️

The vibe of the place is very unwelcoming ....no music..people are not friendly ... The pedicure water is not even warm ..requested for soak manicure then gelish...the beautician instead of explaining why it cannot be done just said I am not allowed to do it and walked off.. .. I am Never goin back .... I had great expectations after the seeing their ads all over Instagram... But super disappointed

The staff are nice and helpful but they are so limited with the materials they have . I do mainly my nails there , the colors are so limited. They di not get any new colors or replace the finish ones. The owner there is shouting and screaming at staff in front of clients using bad words. She should respect that there are clients who can understand her language and she should respect their staff. They are human as well and the are the one bring her the money. Very bad attitude.

The worst experience ever!!!!!
Came for Maniqur and pedicure, stuff non stop chatting loudly with each other, fighting in front of the clients.
When I asked for disposable slippers, because I had closed shoes, they said that they don’t have it and all the stuff started to laugh at me and show my feet and shoes to each other as if I’m a monkey.
It’s really shocking!!!!
Never even again!!!!!!
