Really bad quality for expensive prices! Duvet cover for 250Aed that shrank after one wash! Misleading with the sizes and what is available on the pack...theduvet cover supposed to be for king size bed and check the picture how it shrank

We bought bag in one of your shops and quality is very poor. One of the pins fall of after 30 days and when we wisited shop hoping your staff can help, they sent us to Minutes since they cant help. After another 30 days, closing clip got broken. I just wanna mention that bag is used once or twice in a week time what can proof bag condition. We wisited shop again and your sfatt had a same words - go to fix it in Minutes.

Buying a product with that good background doesnt mean that custor is ready to maintain the same every 30 minutes because of poor quality.

If thise things happen, you should have a solution, because your sorry means additional spend for your customer

I have no idea what to express here. If you want to compare life span between Liu Jo bags and house flies, well, perhaps you know the answer. House flies! I'm giving one star review just because of not getting proper support from customer service related to the bag which is purchased at their shop. Please change customer approach and enable possibility either to repair or similar. Thanks in advance!
