Worst sales experience EVER!!! Especially the after sales service, they claim that they don’t have refund policy which they did not mention it at the cashier nor there’s a clear sign in the shop mentioned it, it’s written in a tiny font at the end of the receipt!!! And they made me wait for 3 hours to get the permission from the office to make an exception to replace the item however no refund allowed! Did I mention how the sales man kept interrupting me whenever I talked, who trained them!!! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.

Louis Feraud at Dubai Mall is outstanding! The prices are excellent, and the quality of their clothing is top-notch. The sales staff is friendly and attentive, providing a pleasant shopping experience. They have a great selection of blazers, shirts, and pants. The store is well-maintained and always busy with satisfied customers. If you're looking for stylish and high-quality clothing, Louis Feraud is the place to go. Located in Dubai Mall, it's easily accessible too. Highly recommended!

I bought blazers, shirts and pants, i was never disappointed, great prices and quality.. And staff at Dubai mall is very friendly

Worst experience in my life. Sales executives are disaster, couldn't explain anything. I tried shoes for 2,000AED, and they didn't have a shoe horn because it was "missing". Can you imagine a shoehorn missing? Manager was also missing, so I couldn't even complain. There is no comfortable chair to even try to shoes, just a small block in the corner of the shop.

They don't care about their products and customers. The owners hire people with the lowest salaries with no skills that won't be able to sell high-end products. How do you understand that?

The one Star i have given this shop is not strictly accurate as i am a frequent customer and have been shopping in this particular store
for many years BUT .........

At the beginning of April i was browsing in the MOE shop and i found a beautiful garment i wanted to buy. The only size they had that fitted me was on the mannequin in the window. UNFORTUNATELY I was served by Medhat, a face i didnt recognise, who rudely told me it was not company policy to remove the item from the window. I asked why not?. He gave me no explanation and proceeded to be rude and unhelpful. I asked if i could order one but he refused to take details or implement the order. One of the other salesmen whom i recognised came over to ask what the problem was and Medhat then launched at me wanting a full on confrontation. His behaviour was reprehensible and unprofessional. Were i a new customer i would not return to the shop.....

I have since tried to contact a customer complaints department within the group but to no avail. So i have no option but to resort to leaving this review which is a pity as generally i find my shopping experiences in this store to be successful and stress free. I am always happy with the quality of attendance and merchandise. Just not on this occasion.

Faulty product and very bad post sales service. I bought 2 Hard Trolley Bags from Louis Feraud on 11th May 2021. One of them was broken during my short trip (1st time to use). I returned to the shop in Dubai Outlet Mall on 20th May 2021 to request for refund/exchange/repair.

However, the attitude of Louis Feraud staff was extremely uncooperative. They were not helpful at all and did not even try to assist.
