Sharaf DG has the best prices in the electronics department. I bought a few apply accessories which were original and discounted, making them cheaper than the ones from Apple Store. Some of their display devices or products seemed a bit old and required maintenance. Definitely worth a visit especially when they have great promotions going on.

Customer service in the store was fine. I bought a TV and agreed on a delivery date and time in one week in advance.

On the delivery date I did not receive the TV on time, when I called the customer service to check where is the delivery wan I was told that this is not their part of job, they gave me a number and told me to check it myself. This is the worst service given the fact that I've bought a 5K USD TV.

2 hours later, I received a phone call from the driver and was told that the car broke down and he doesn't know when he will reach or whether he will reach at all.

I called customer service again and was told that they don't even have any estimated time slots. They can do the delivery as they please.

It seems to be a joke. First, they take your money and treat you as monkey.

Hi, I bought IPhone 14 online and it’s unbelievable to receive an unoriginal phone , first of all the box was tilted on the edge and it wasn't sealed with the plastic wrap as usual when I bought iPhones, second we just opened the phone as soon as we entered the apple ID and phone setting it stuck on emergency screen as attached even zoomed in , we couldn't charge it or reset or even close it , definitely that is not a brand new phone and i am so disappointed to receive such unauthentic or Refurbished products from SharafDg.

Great products and overall amazing store but quality of employees need to improve.
Just visited the store (17/04/23 at 8:30PM) and the amount of employees playing with their mobiles or gathering in groups speaking in their own languages therefore , completely ignoring the customers were just unbelievable. Customers were passing and sales representatives completely ignoring their presence. I personally asked one of them why everyone was on their phone during their working time and the answer that I got was “Because no customers in the store sir”.

Went here to avail the promo for the MacBook Air 4499 AED with Free Microsoft Office 365 worth 299AED which is mentioned in their brochure. Unfortunately, upon purchasing the sales staff told us that we need to pay 299AED on top of the 4499AED to avail the promo which is no sense at all. Where’s the free Microsoft here? The Brochure is very misleading. And we asked the staff if we can talk to the manager to inform the situation and instead they directed me to go to the customer service.

The worst electronics store experience ever. If you want to buy some one a special gift don't buy from these people. Bought an apple watch on the 3rd of july and at the payment counter they didnit even hand me a receipt rather that it will be in my email which i never recieved. It eas for my husband as an anniversary gift and after opening it, the watch didn't work. We tried every possible way and it didn't work. I called customer care and they couldnt trace the pirchase though it was on my bank statement.
I returned it the next day wanting a refund and the customer care service rep said that they have a policy that it needs to be checked by manufacturer before they accept the return and refund. They even checked the watch at the store and it was not working and one of their sales rep even stated that it has a factory fault as it was not charging even at their store. After waiting for 3 days there was a message (not a call) for my complaint and to return to the store. After coming to the store they gave me a report apparently from "apple authorized dealer" that there is no problem with the watch. The entire store there was no help
and they forced us to keep the faulty products and have no concern about customer wellbeing and emotional state. They even said that there is a 25% charge on return and refund (which was no where mentioned before) firstly for apple and then they said for all products opened. These are ruthless people and I would suggest if you want to keep your mental wellbeing DONOT buy from them.

Worst electronic company ever. The delivery is very disrespectful and impolite. The customer service told me that the washing I got comes with installation and when it arrived they told me that they don’t want to install it unless I pay extra even though on the website it was mentioned that the installation is included. Their customer care is not responsive. Don’t buy from this company.

Big space they got there with tons of genuine gadgets to choose from. Bought lots of my gadgets here and at affordable prices too. Customer service was good and will educate you on an item if confused. Process for tax refunds was smooth and really made me enjoy my visit here, will do so again the next time I'm in Dubai.
