The Manager of the shop today was effortless and rude.
Wanted to buy Versace watch. Firstly, he wasn’t professional and his attitude was to lose me as a customer and didn’t care about my putchase of 2000 aed.
I was about to purchase the watch and when asked for waranty and the straps to be adjusted, he said “ We are not offering waranty, that’s why the watch is half price than in other shops. Sorry we can’t adjust the straps, you have to go somewhere else. Probably they will do it for free. I can’t leave this spot and do it for you”.
Why would I buy Versace watch without waranty at all and to go somewhere else for a favor to adjust it.

He didn’t show any customer service skills and meeting customers expectations.
He was laughing at everything I’ve asked.
His attitude was very bad. Manager with even poor English…

I feel like he is charging much more then it should be as mostly products are 5 to 3 seasons old keep this in mind as he is getting them from warehouse clearance sale and his prices are 30%to 35% off on original price, also you will rarely find your size in shoes or in clothes.

I got my Moschino Card holder from this store and i'm so happy! The prices are also amazing!! Aside from Moschino, they have Versace, Prada, Tods, YSL & more! Love this store!

If you love Armani, Red Valentino, Tods Ralph Lauren and Moschino you'd love to check them out. I want to rate them higher but I had a very annoying experience when I've made my first purchase. I know that cashless payment is the best form of payment these days but they still have to consider that many people still prefer to pay cash. We were not just made to wait, with other customers waiting, the staff also gave us an attitude when we said we don't have change. He grabbed the money we've paid and walked out. When his manager is trying to call him, his phone was off we have waited more than 30 minutes until finally there's a couple just outside the store whom we have asked for change. The SA still haven't came back, so we have asked the store manager to cash out our purchase. We could have walked out, but we really got a great deal. Are we going back? Yes!!! But we will make sure to come back with enough change...
