Terrible customer service and worse coordination. After asking for an item for 3 times and confirming it is available for 2 weeks and paying for it, they inform it is out of stock (which might happen) but no solution or even inmediate return of money! I had to chase a lot after I got tired of empty promises ((i didnt get even an apology from anyone)). Waste of time!

As i played and try the piano she stopped me at middle of trying it and am professional pianist want to buy and take my time to Listen the voice of the piano she told me not allowed more than 10 min, i visited many shops for example house of piano as a they are pro store in the world they let me try it as much as i want cause i will pay a big amount of money its not logical to try it for 10 min

The owner or Office Manager are having poor customer service, anywhere in Dubai Item can be return even Amazon give you return option.
On next Day I went to return an extra Item bought mistakenly but they were not accepting though the worker at shop paying me back from his pocket which I felt to be unfair to take from him.
Very bad experience will not recommend to buy any musical instrument to anyone.
Customer Happiness is top priority in Dubai but this shop is not following any of those principles

Worst customer service! They didn't have batteries to try out the semi-acoustic guitars, when asked to get, I overhear the cashier speaking to the sales guy "have you told them the price"!!! I went from Deira to Box Park to this branch to buy one particular guitar and no one seem to be interested in selling though they had stock. Its a waste of time seeking any levels of service or after-sales.

They are USELESS in terms of after sales services and not up to their commitments. It takes for ever to deliver and in terms of assembly….. good luck finding someone eventhough they PROMISE and CONFIRM this is included in the price. Very bad service

If you are an instumental fan, don't miss the Orchestra outlet in Dubai festival city mall.
They have a number of pianos, organs, guitars and so on
The staff is friendly and himself knows to play the instrument and would definitely assist you with ease.
Overall arrangement is good, and the pricing is reasonable.
Wide range of instruments in wide range of price.
Depending on your budget, you can choose the instrument.
Mainly the store sells pianos and guitars, and so the wide collection is for these items.
If your plan is for drums, violins and so on, they can't help you much at this store.
