Loved the store and the service! JANICE was kind and patient and was happy to give us time. She answered all our questions and helped us select what we needed. Sadly when we came back afterwards to pay (we left for a while to change money and to eat), she was not on duty anymore. But we were taken care of by the rest of their staff too.

We bought a Strada stroller and we encountered a problem twice. Manar, the shop manager, assisted us twice and exchanged the defective parts with new ones. Thanks a lot for the punctual and professional help from the shop staff

Delivery of the store is really bad, we ordered an item and it was not delivered on the time promised. Out for delivery status has been showing for two days without any success.

Very bad quality of the stroller, very expensive for nothing, only for show , the stroller very fast scratches and the tires are not stable always shaking

I want to share my experience so that everyone knows about the two wonderful employees Janice and Rizwan who actually did an amazing job to and make sure that I got my customized blanket delivered at the hospital as I could not pick it up for emergency where Janice attended my call when she was not at duty and Rizwan took a cab to deliver the blanket was speechless that day and can't thank you enough guys well done and lucky Mama's and Papas for having such professional employees

I would highly recommend Mamas & Papas MCC. All staff members are very friendly with a positive attitude. Special thanks to Rizwan and Hassan, for their expert product knowledge and recommendations for our needs. Also, the store manager Ms Marwa, was an outstanding character, who always stands by the customer side. What we love is the product quality of Mamas & Papas, despite the slightly high prices.
