Looking for a unique place for apparels? Then Kiabi is the right place for you. They have for babies, kids, woman and Men. They have a wide collection for kids and there is a play area for kids inside the shop which is meant to drop your kids in the play area and do your shopping well.

bad experience ever!!!

I wish to complain for supervisor staff in kiabi store at mirdiff city center. Incident happened today January 21, 2023 (Saturday). I am complaining because your staff showing a very bad attitude and he is a racist man to the black people. I am a regular customer of your products but if you have supervisor agent with a bad personality I think it will reflect to your store as well.

We purchased yesterday some clothes and even I have a receipt and email from your side. And we decided to comeback to your store to purchase more, unfortunately your supervisor agent showed a bad behavior he is impolite and even the way he talks it’s so rude.

I believe I’m still a customer and your service must give a satisfaction to the customers.

I hope I’m the only one who experience this and I hope it will not happen again to the others.

Kindly take some action from this incident.

Good clothes, unfortunately the staff who’s not wearing a uniform and they called them as a supervisor is a impolite man and racist.

This is for Kiabi. It was a very disappointing customer service experience.
I picked few clothes on sale for my kids and some of them did not have the tags and the cashier refused to give me the sale price, I understand he can’t, so I go to find the same clothes with the discount price but a different size ( I wanted to pick the 6years short pant and I got to show him 8 years old ) but he did not accept it. This is not right cause honestly. I ended up leaving all of it and left the place.

They are quite comfortable and quality of fabric in the clothes was high. The customer service was superb especially to Ann louise from mirdif city center kiabi, she was very helpful and the ethical approach was outstanding. Good job. I like the overall product experience and offerings. Kudos
