Beautiful, serene surroundings. Yachts, motorboats, lightly bobbing in the blue waters. Shopping malls, walking, cycling tracks in a beautifully laid park, cinema halls, everything within a short walking distance. Pet shops, cafes, restaurants, you name it are next door. Truly a world class living.
Now a heavy shower. A walk in the rain in Dubai! Unbelievable sight :)

Back when i was rich. I had an apartment there. It was the best. Good place to live

Really lovely small block of well appointed apartments. Opposite Nakheel mall with access via basement so very convenient

Very luxurious apartments, as good as 5-star serviced apartments. We stayed at an apartment on Level 1 where we could walk directly out from our balcony onto the pool and gym. It was awesome! You can also walk along the marina and dine at some restaurants which are a 7-minute walk from the complex.

The best part of marina is large swimming pool which is well maintained with all the equipments such as heating and cooling syatems,etc.. 3 layers of basement parking,near to up coming mall Nakheel mall. Well maintened sauna, jacuzzi and steams are available. Well equipped gym.

I have spent some time at this place for delivery of foods, its really amazing stuff at Dubai city.
