Location: Marina Residences 4 is based on the East side of the main palm area in the middle of the Palm just before the Fronds. Adjacent to Marina Residences 4 are buildings 5 and 6 and each provide residents with swimming pool and fitness club. Residents can access Nakheel Mall from Level B of each building including Marina Residences 4 (non-residents cannot access as an access card is needed).

Parking: Parking is accessed by residents using an access card provided by Nakheel management. There are 3 parking levels and these very per apartment based on allocation. A lot of people tend to double-park which can make driving around the car park difficult during peak periods. Despite "violation" papers being put on such vehicles, they are not enforced by Nakheel through any meaningful or deterring sanctions (such as a fine or clamp). If someone parks in your designated space, the best thing to do is to call the non-emergency police number on 901, give them the registration number and they will call the registered phone number of the car and alert the owner.

Building security: Very good and security guards are regularly patroling the buildings and approachable. If there is a concern from residents about security, the security contractor is quick to respond and provide help. Amazon and other parcels are safe to be left outside apartment doors etc with the trust that nobody run off with your goods. There is also great coverage of CCTV providing added digital security and act as a good deterrent for anyone planning anything malicious (very rare in Dubai anyway).
