Status board does not reflect real status. Orders marked Now Serving on it will still take a lot more minutes before your order gets given to you. Missed a few items on the order as well when they handed the items over. Order kiosk help a lot to streamline the process of ordering food.

Despite a very busy place. Food quality & taste was same as other outlets. You can order through counter & kiosk also, staffs are polite & always available to assist you.

Every time I travel through Terminal 3, this is my place to eat.

My wife and I ate here twice, and both times the service was excellent. The food is McDonald's so there is not much to say other than the taste is the same as in the USA. One thing that is noticeable is the cleanliness. They even have someone cleaning the tables as soon as we are done, and they are not shy to offer to take your tray for you. That is nice!

I got the Halal McDonald’s for the first time and everything went smoothly and perfectly. Excellent restaurant for fast food and delicious burger sandwiches whether meat or chicken, there are salads for vegetable lovers as well as ice cream, juices and soft drinks. Their service is medium speed, cleanliness, average prices.

The server staff was great and fast. However the cleaning staff attitude was awful. I just sat and open my laptop after i order a fries and coffee, suddenly he came and asked us to not open laptop without telling the reason. He said “no laptop here, there” (which is the other side of sitting area). I asked them why because for me it’s still on same table type, but they dont explain the reason. I saw the other table around 4-5 tables beside me was a man sat with a laptop. Dunno why they asked me to move.

After that i move to the other side, while im still eating my fries on the tray, they pick the tray while asking “finish?”. At least ask first then you can pick it up. For me its a bit rude. Please this is an airport, while waiting for the flight, people try to rest and sit for a while. Be patient and at least show some compassion.

Great service, but some of the food tastes quite different, especially double cheeseburger???? not bad, but that's not the taste you get it for. Quite nice special menu.
