The woman serving (the guest experience leader) was the most unfriendly and unhelpful person I’ve come across in any McDonald’s, which goes against the compagnies’ values. This person shouldn’t be working at the front with customers, displaying such a lack of enthusiasm and kindness. I can’t believe how she treated customers, and is more busy chatting with colleagues while ignoring clients than serving food.

The restaurant needs expansion and more staff due to the high turnout of customers.
We found it difficult to find a table due to the large number of visitors to the Dubai Mall.
