I was looking for a gift for my friend’s birthday without having any idea. Randomly entered Tiffany store in Dubai Mall. Ms. Galia helped me to select a perfect gift according to my budget. She patiently displayed and explained the details of each possible options. It was comfortable to communicate with her and she was always smiling. Finally we chose the gift and it looked absolutely stunning. Can’t wait to gift to my friend.

Our experience of buying a proposal ring with Rania was outstanding!

She helped us along every step of the way, was very courteous, positive and professional. Rania treated us as both VIPs and family members.

We also received a lot of unexpected gifts and attention for which we are forever grateful. Thank you Rania, Tiffany and co ????

The shop itself is pleasant and beautiful.

Me and my sis recently purchased a gift for our good friend from the Tiffany store, and she absolutely loved it. The consultant Sana, who assisted me was incredibly helpful and provided valuable guidance in selecting the perfect item. Additionally, she is very attentive and patient as we takes awhile to choose and decide on the piece. We had a great experience at Tiffany, and their exceptional customer service made the whole process enjoyable.

Visited today the gorgeous Tiffany boutique in Dubai Mall and I was super happy with the service provided. I would like to personally thank Ms. Rania who helped me choosing the perfect gift for my friend. Rania was super knowledgeable about the products, she was professional as well as friendly and she cared about my needs. I will definitely choose Tiffany again and I will contact Rania for future purchases. Thank you!!

I liked Tiffany shop in Dubai Mall, it was nice. But there were some strange things:
At first I visited Tiffany in Atlantis shop where I tried two necklaces Lovestruck Heart Tag and Heart tag chain. Aida - the person who helped me - was really nice! But I have to think which necklace to choose and asked her to book for me the necklace s in Dubai Mall for the nest day. She did it and even wrote me in whats app, but when I came to Dubai mall the next day there was no booking for me! There was only one necklace - Lovestruck heart, so I had to buy it. Next day I was at the airport and tried to get tax free, but I was told that the shop made a mistake and I needed to go back to Dubai mall to correct it! But I couldn't as I was going back home. So my experience in Tiffany shop was bad! I didn't like the fact that after booking I didn't get what I booked and I didn't like that the staff at Tiffany was so inattentive and made a mistake with documents!

Additionally, when we needed to adjust the length to fit my wife's hand, the staff promptly accommodated our request. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Tiffany, and their exceptional customer service made the whole process enjoyable.

I visited tiffany&co at dubai mall and Samah was helping us today to perchase the ring.
Her vibe was very positive and sweet all the time.
