One of the emaar 6 towers. In dubai marina walk have all facilities you can dream of, with a nice community of expats and lots of facilities for children. 6 pools, 1 lap pool, gym, 3 outdoor playground and 1 indoor playground. It ised to have spa that unfortunately closed. Lots of walking areas, trees and beautiful views right in front of the marina. Downstairs all sort of restaurants, pharmacies, clinics, bars, hotels, kids entertainment options, classes and paid indoor playgrounds. Make it a wonderful place to live.

Emaar 6 at marina walk is an ideal residential complex to live in overall, especially for those with kids. I would choose, however, those three on the other side, either Fairooz or Al mass for the best. Better human traffic, better management, and even better neighbors. Most of the apartments inside are pretty old, and those without general problems are quite rare : bathroom leaks, air-conditioner broke down etc with or without upgrade. I think Emaar six is still nice but not particularly this building that I have lived in for two years.
