Me and my wife visited this restaurant for launch for the second time since it is near to our work place in JLT. We had 2 gyros, greek salad and cheese fries.
The food was ok, we have no complaint and we liked it. However;
The attitude of the waitors is just pathetic..when we arrived to the restaurant, not even a ‘Hello’ or a ‘Welcome’ they are just looking at you with a strange attitude that they almost make you feel like you are not welcome there..Anyway after we sit to our table we were thrown the menus on the table and the first thing we hear from the waitor is
‘YES ?’
We were simply chocked by this unprofessional behaviour.. and trust me, we have seen some restaurants in Dubai…
I strongly suggest you to train your waitors to adopt a professional behaviour with customers or hire other people up to the JLT standarts…

If you are thinking to try a delicious Lebanese cuisine, definitely Mezza is your place. We tried literally all the dishes that they have in the menu. The staff are sooo friendly. The owner is so humble and the food is soooooo yummy. Every single dish has its own unique with different texture and taste. Highly recommended.

The place has good location in JLT but food can be better. I enjoyed the kebabs but the filafil plate for AED 22 for 6 pieces was costly as also the taste was not great. The service was fine and staff was good. Restaurant is clean and hygienic and good for families.

This is another food joint I enjoyed the quality and service. The Peta bread was super tasty and other food items were well balanced in their taste. Liked the ambiance as it is quite and peaceful.

Wasn’t really impressed with the food nor quantity, was having a higher expectation for this place and got disappointed. The hummus was ok thought the portion compared to the price is really high, the vine leaves were ok, the batata harra (spicy) potato most of them were raw and not cooked well, the chicken skewers were ok and nothing special about the taste. I was big time shocked as I’m a big fan of Lebanese food and this place is not delicious. Won’t be ordering from here again. I rated the place with 2 stars but one the reply of the owner is even more shocking than the food I'm giving them a 1 now. This is not even an OK customer service. I'm sure this place will shut down with this service and quality.

I had the great pleasure of ordering this restaurant through Careem, and it was outstanding. The hot food arrived hot and the cold food drive cold. Everything was perfectly packaged. The taste and flavor were amazing. Looking forward to eating in the restaurant in the coming days.
