shop again from this branch. I bought bag from this store 5days ago and i called to go for buy bigger one but he said we don't have exchange for bags!!!!!! He said this is our policy for ted baker!!!! Even if he is right they should inform me when i bought it or it should be in my invoice!!!! I exchanged alot luxury brands like chanel Lv !anyway terrible customer service ????????????????????????????????

Lack of customer care and communication! Purchased an expensive top at the Mall of the Emirates store months ago, after one wash (following washing instructions carefully) the garment shrunk by a third of the size. 2 visits to the store to complain (the last being 3 weeks ago) and assurance the manager would call - and I am still waiting. The duty manager apparently has no decision making authority, and an attitude which couldn't care less. Not good enough Ted Baker. Your product quality and most important complete lack of customer care equates to the loss of a loyal customer of many years!

On Saturday I went shopping for a top and a dress, I like the dress but it's a little too big for me, but the staff say that the shop can fix it, We asked if it took a long to fix it ? the staff said It takes about 2-3 days, If it's done, the shop will let you know, yes the shop have my number !!! But now it's been 4 days and I still haven't received my dress. As I am a tourist I don't like uncaring service, I feel that you agree to do things just to sell the items in your shop, No responsibility after sales !!

5 stars only for Nelly! She was the only one from all the Ted Baker branches in Dubai to pick up the phone over a several hour time span. She was very friendly, quick and efficient and helped me a lot to actually get an item in another branch.

I cannot begin to explain the HORRIBLE service I have received from purchasing a bag online!

They sent me a defective clutch with all diamonds on the piece missing & I have had to call CS Team at least 5 times to process an exchange.

After several calls they finally tell me they will exchange & I am asking them to ensure they send a proper piece and not one which has diamonds missing from the clutch the CS has the audacity to tell me "we only have 3 pieces so you will get what you will get" - Why on earth would you send me a broken item? Refund my order then. It is so simple!

The service is so bad it is almost hilarious they are operational.

This is disreputable brand, bought a leather bag which got damaged in the straps due to bad quality. I asked for a replacement and there zero action despite several visits and promises. Waqas and this branch team are the worst customer service people a company would hire. They’re either ignorant or doing this on purpose.

It's a nice compact store , located at first floor.The layout and navigation within store is very well planned & the store wall and all visuals looks amazing. Store staff is also very friendly and cooperative.

Separate section for discounted merchandise.
