Great alcohol outlet, conveniently located!

Literally accessable from the car park of Ibn Batuta, this MMI outlet is a great option if you don't want to travel far for your alcohol.

A very well stocked selection. Prices tend to be on the higher side when compared to larger outlets in the other Emirates, but your paying for the convenience.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent choice!

Price is little bit high......
Staffs were less but they were good, when I was visited there all staffs were super busy so because of that there were no one to help select or find find the whiskeys. May be this is there strategy to increase sales.
Store is small but well managed and they used every inch of the store for Collection.
Need to increase mid range products, music and ambiance was good but smell was missing.

If it's possible please work on smell also, store will reach next level...

You guys should teach your staff to behave. It's not like we are getting things for free. Especially the Indian Hindi speaking guy, takes his own time to help out or bill. Please teach him about customer service and manners.

Worst customer service ever Ver very disappointed with staff Behavior unacceptable at any cost so rude unprofessional one of evening staff I don't know his name but he use Indian language with tattoos on the arms and he use unprofessional attitude with one of my client who is a project manager, he went to bring some beverages very worst staff service never seen before

not ok with the experience at all, passed by to get some bottles the guard was backside and chasing us its going to close , when i come to the counter , the guy was asking me for the license ??? was calling the store for the whole day, no one is care to answering the call, if u dont want to ruin your day just skip them
