Worst service. Playing with people money. I send money to sri lanka in the evening Rate was 95, next day rate went down to 88. They did not send my money kept on hold, when I call said bec of week end bank closed. After 2 days said my transaction cancelled by bank. Said no reason. Only reason exchange rate went down so they don't want to loose 70.
If exchange rate went up, nicely they will take profit happily. In my 9 years first time tried Alghurair exchange. Pls go to this exchange. They dont keep their promises. Just playing with people money. They refund money after waisting5 days & waited for refund at the exchange one hour.

Good Exchange Center. But worst employees. They are busy talking to each other or using phone and computer. Zero customer service. Especially the Filipino ladies customer service representatives. Need to wait for 30 minutes even befor they look at us. Avoid at any cost.

Very bad experience when you are women and they treat you like you are disrespectful and they speak very loud is like he screaming with you .I'm always sent money monthly with this company but first time I feel there is no costumer service or they not give training to the team so that way they can do what ever they want.i have the video what of your team member treat me Nidesh (ithink the name ).
I hope this is not repeat again with other women special in dubai.

Its very strange to keep a big poster of Instant Cash in Al Gurair International Exchange Ibn Batuta Mall saying that now you can send money to Russia and Ukraine. I taked about it with Mr.Omarzaman ,he is representative of Al Gurair International Exchange.I asked " why you keep such poster if nowadays its not possible to send money there", he replied in very disrespectfull manner.

25-May-2019 : It was a very bad experience. The Customer service was poor, the person i talked was clearly saying that their customers are lining to them ''how would he believe me'', as they were not able to solve my problem. hopefully the exchange will check my last 30 transactions and my loyalty to al-ghurair exchange - because diffidently not going back there any more. Other exchange centers are serving much better.

The worst exchange center I have ever visited. Customer service is very poor, especially Fair Janely was completely disrespectful, impatient and provided me with wrong information. They should definitely hire better staff. Never gonna use this center again.

Nice place.. easy to negotiate good rates... Offers currency exchange and international funds transfers at really great really great rates... But there are also like 3 other money exchangers inside the mall so I would suggest checking with all of them to get the best rates, and inform them that you'll be checking with the others and going with the one that offers the best rates... That tends to shorten the negotiation considerably... :)

It was a very bad experience. The Customer service was poor, as they were not able to answer my questions. Ms. Veronica , who was not able to answer any of my questions and was disrespectful. Other exchange centers are much better.
