Very good pharmacy and the stuff member are so nice special a girl called Loujain she's such a helpful I wasn't sure about the product I want to buy as I came form Australia but she able to help me with that thank you ????.

I had a wonderful experience
at Aster Pharmacy The Pharmacists were very kind and patient with me and explained very well. pharmacists suggested multiple products which we needed.

Misleading declarations on shelfs for 2 for 1 offers. Products are placed that after at the cashier are not accepted as 2 for 1 offer. This refers to the shelf directly right side of the entrance. Poor strategy to trick customers in buying more. Further overall price structure is rather high.

Very bad customer service..lady with eye glass ignore me this morning april 29 2023 around 10am..at first she greeting usual asian style of greeting, and i mentioned what I need and she pointed me to other lady (indian) okay i waited because the indian assisted other customer. And im waiting in front of pilipina lady counting money.. after that 1 lady ask for assistance and she assisted.. are you discriminating me? by ignoring my needs? I left the shop without talking anything i bought medecine to nearby pharmacy at egypt court ..this is so bad..????????????
