Last time I went to check one item I saw online. For tommee tippee brand and one staff showed and explained me about that item. I was planning that to purchase online but with her help I decided to buy it right away. If I remember her name is jesel? Say thanks for me to her. I was in a hurry by that time. ????

Worst shopping experience ! I ordered online & they sent me a returned piece !! Returning it ASAP !! Also their customer care answered me after 15 minutes of waiting , the call took more than 13 minutes to initiate the return !!

Pleasant experience at Mirdif branch????

John was super helpful and thorough in answering all of my questions and concerns & he also helped me assemble the stroller and took me through the steps!

I had amazing experience in mom store mirddif the team are so friendly and kind- Eslaam helped me a lot in his recommendations and his customer service and his product knowledge i was so confused because I don’t have any experience about baby products , thanks alot ' makes me go again to buy from there

Outstanding experience! So happy with my last visit. I can say now Mom Store is my only shopping destination. The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable about all the products and extremely helpful.
The product range blow my mind. The store has everything you need under one roof. Highly recommend to everyone ????
