Touch , camera , display work sometime and sometime do not work. This and my other samsung A70 heats up like anything.
The colour of buds pro 2 has faded in just 2 months.
On showing to service centre they tell these are not due to manufacturing defect, these are because of use and malhandling.
The phone has always remained in cover and never fallen!
bye bye samsung.

So, I have to take the charger which came with the watch wherever I go !!!
I really hope that this concern will reach Samsung and I'm sure they will act accordingly to provide the chargers ASAP in the stores. Moreover, the rectangular wireless charger is not charging Watch 5 due to a design restriction of the watch which creates a gap between the watch body and the wireless charger surface preventing the charging process.

I bought a Samsung S8 tab ultra for professional use, but turns out it has technical and design issues. I went to the showroom to talk about it... For example... A simple thing such as my Spen's Nib wore out in barely 2-3 weeks of usage, and later found out that it was cracked inside. I asked a simple question, how can a stylus nib of a flagship product break or wear out in 2-3 weeks of heavy usage? The showroom customer service, sales teams, call centre were all quick to blame it on me, saying that I must have pressed the pen too hard and that they have daily complaints from parents with kids! Well, I don't have kids near my device, and I know how to use a stylus!
They want you to basically buy the nibs, it's not expensive I paid for an extended warranty on top of the overpriced device and still they asked to pay AED 30 for spare nibs. It's not much but I don't understand why should I keep buying spare nibs?! If it wears out in two-3 weeks of usage then I might as well use pen and paper!!!! They didn't give me a choice but to wait for the nib as they didn't have stock at the time! And even after they got stock(1 piece!) they decide to give that piece that I ordered to some other customer because I did not run and get it as soon as they called!
Overall the experience was dissapointing, service standards and device quality. There are other issues with the product (second screen feature does not work, battery life is just ok, to add a few...).
So I would not recommend the Samsung S8 tab ultra for professional use. Honestly the Samsung S8 ultra is just a bigger screen that people can buy to watch Netflix on bed, and may be as the sales team said, as a toy for kids to play and break!
If you want a tab for professional use then just go buy an IPAD Pro. Seriously!

I purchased Samsung S23 Ultra the best phone in my experience so far in all expects of mobile world.
Really impressive look of S23 ultra and with guarding accessories it looks the most gorgeous cell ????.
Recommend Samsung showroom Mirdiff city center for best deals in town and are for your money. All the best for your new Samsung.
