Good variety of snacks, cakes, brownies, pastries. Good variety of beverages. Clean well maintained. The coffee served is not the best for sure. They have to improve customer service. Average service. Average prices. Nearby parking.

It's one of a good cafe for coffe luvers. I loved their coffee . They have a offer card if u buy 9 coffes the 10th one is free. didnt try their sandwiches, their chillers are also gud and the cakes are yummy too.

Bad service

Because when I said I need fresh falafel sandwich. They want me to buy the expired one . After I checked the date, I let him I told him give me today sandwich he said the African man we don’t have but when we was going to lift the shop, he said we have how many you want ??

I ordered two in the process to make it work. It takes a long time and he leave it in the bag in front of him not on the top corner. He start to do other customers and left me behind because I ask for a fresh sandwich. it’s my right to have fresh sandwich. ,,

I saw him he put the bug not interested to give it back to me so I take it by myself. I told him this is how you work. ?
It’s African man and Filipino lady. They are rude.

The overall experience was fair,I had to clean the utensils for they had soapy stains most likely from the dishwasher.The sad thing is that the person who handed me the tray on the counter didn't bother to check the Utensils. I even slammed them on my table to catch their attention and there was no reaction from the staffs. I had to take my coffee and cake from the counter to my take by myself while I noticed others having their coffee brought to their tables.and yet I could be wrong about this procedure.
The latte was awful and to be a bit positive,they have a nice selection of sweet and cookies despite their high prices.
P.s if you have cams installed, please do check them and that will confirm what I mentioned above.

Nice place in Merdif, staff are professional, friendly and helpful, it’s a high quality coffee ☕️ we tried this coffee for the first time, it’s great and well toasted, the quality is really high. We usually brought whole beans coffee. We did try their espresso ☕️ as well which was very nice from the people their to let us try it. I would love to visit them again. Worth trying and highly recommended

I am used to order hot chocolate, it is the best in town, this time I ordered double espresso and it was also great, thank you guys, the staff is always friendly and welcoming!

This place suffers from a bit of weak Wi-Fi transmission, so it should be noted!

Tried cafe latte, unfortunately the taste was not so pleasing. The espresso shot was burnt. Very ordinary coffee. The dine in furniture is old and weary. It needs urgent attention.

Staff who work today 29-06-2023 are not professional at all, very rude, they don’t want the customer to ask (the cashier staff) they just need for someone to order something on the menu, if you ask any question they will answer in very rude way

I advice the owner to do some assessment to his staff
