very poor services, you will place the order online and will not receive any thing! even your calls and messages will not be answered ! after many
attempts you might receive this message " sorry your order of 160 capsules from different types out of stock " !!

Think they must have closed. Ordered 2 boxes of capsules 2 weeks ago. No news since then. The WhatsApp link on their website doesn’t work.

Terrible customer service. Unable to explain their own brand's products and extremely arrogant. Luckily this company isn't the only one in business and suggest you look elsewhere for your coffee needs.
